Wood and glue

Today I went to the shop with my friend CM and we started cutting the composite board that I bought into the right sizes for the light panel. There must have been at least 40 pieces cut in total to achieve the 3D layered effect that I was aiming for. After the pieces were cut, I glued all the pieces together on the foam insulation board. Tomorrow I will cut the foam for the lights and then glue on the backing composite board. If I have the time, I will also cut trim for the sides so that no foam is exposed. I will also bring a camera so I could take some pics of the progress. Hopefully I will still have some time left to study for my midterms next week. Oh well, at least the weather is warming up.
